Well my girl is now 3. She celebrated her 3rd birthday on Monday.



I've been keeping busy with photographing her birthday, she just loved the attention.

It's the silly season...

December really is the silly season. I have my daughters birthday (7th December), then I'm going on a road trip to Queensland for Christmas, then I have to organise my son's 1st birthday (3rd of January).

I've been busy taking Christmas photo's, but I've been having fun doing it. I've also being having fun fooling around in photoshop.







Remember there is only a small window of opportunity for you to request something before I take my Christmas leave.

I found a wonderful website where I have learned some wonderful techniques which I have applied to siggie making, and which I will also apply to other applications.

No Cheese Here

I've been saying cheese for photo's since i was a tacker.

However cheese and kids doesn't work... unless they are eating it. Cheese makes them scrunch up their face, and we don't want that, we want to see their beautiful eyes.

So i figured out a way to take photo's but not say cheese. Now I can capture their beautiful faces and their beautiful smiles, and create that memory.

Unconventional

I have moments were I like to be unconventional. It gets my creative juices following.

These photo's of my lil boy are part of me being unconventional.

How do I hear you ask? I'm not looking through the view finder! I like not know what the outcome is going to be. It makes me have more fun. And believe me I had fun, but the best part of it was finding out that most of them were winners!
