It was the end of the day, and I was like 'opps forgot to take a photo'.
So took some random stuff.
This was the best out of the bunch, and I don't like it. It's ok, but nothing wow.
It's the magazine I was reading (runners world - yes I am a runner), on the night stand.
Enjoy... or not.

Lil Tiger - Day 5 Bonus
After going to the pet shop we walked up the street.
Every year in March, Stawell have a crazy day sale. They close the main street off to traffic and all the shops have some type of sale.
There was a jumping castle, and swings and lots of things for the kids, including face paint.
Miles wanted to be a tiger. And what a handsome tiger he is.
Enjoy,
Matilda
day 05
I was walking to the pet shop to get something for our cat. Walked past this tree. I really loved the textures of the leaves and the catch light.
I didn't notice the ant until I processed it. But it adds a nice touch.
Don't ask me what type of tree, cause I have no idea.
Enjoy,
Matilda

Day 04
This is fabric remnants as well as thread remnants from the over-locker.
I was given an over-locker last year, but didn't get a chance to have a proper play with it until recent. It's my new (sewing) best friend. I love it.
Played around with white balance, but I love the texture of the fabrics and the shapes/curves they are making.
Oh and before you ask. I'm making a quilt.
Enjoy,
Matilda
Day 02
Here is Fhomas. Fhomas you say. Don't you mean Thomas? Nope. I mean Fhomas. Fhomas because it's a 'fake' Thomas. Thomas the Tank Engine, is train number 2, this Fhomas is train number 4. Also his face looks weird. But my son loves him and that's all that matters.
I love the depth of field on this one, but I'm not happy that I had to crop it. You see it was a bit wonky, and I would have rather Fhomas be straight than a bit lop sided.
Either way enjoy,
Matilda
March Challenge - Day 01
I haven't picked up my camera in a while. I kind of miss taking regular photo's (besides that of my kids).
So I thought for March I would set myself a challenge. A photo a day. For all of March.
However I didn't decide to do this challenge until Sunday evening, and that was already the 4th. So I'm 4 days late, opps, but I still plan on taking 31 photo's, just means I will finish on the 4th of April instead.
I've also decided to shoot only using my 90mm macro lens. Sometimes it's good to give you limitations, makes you want to experiment even more.
Day 1.
Water from my tap. Tried to get the water as sharp as possible. Might do a redo of this one, but with the tripod. There are elements I like, but I know I could do better. This one was the best out of the bunch.
Enjoy,
Matilda
